What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard custom branding production starts at 50 units per SKU. For initial quality evaluation, sample orders have no MOQ constraint (buyer covers courier shipping).
As a sourcing partner, how do you verify factory compliance and product safety?
We work exclusively with audited manufacturing facilities in China. While individual testing certificates belong to our manufacturing partners, we provide authentic CE, SGS, RoHS, and material test reports directly from our partner factories upon sample approval or inquiry verification.
What are your sampling and production lead times?
Custom prototype samples take 10–15 business days after brief and artwork confirmation. Volume production runs require 20–30 business days (4–6 weeks) with milestone QC updates.
What custom branding options are included?
Custom branding is supported from the first order and includes laser engraving, screen printing, custom silicone labels, branded carry bags, and retail-ready packaging design.
Do you offer DDP door-to-door shipping?
