What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 50 units per SKU for custom-branded production. There is no minimum for samples — you can order a single sample to evaluate quality before committing to a production run.

How long does sampling take?

Sample lead time is 10–15 business days after your brief and artwork are confirmed. Samples are produced on the same lines as production orders, so what you approve is what you receive at scale.

What is your production lead time?

Production takes 20–30 business days after sample approval, depending on the product category and order volume. We provide QC updates during production rather than only at the end.

Can you put my logo, colors and packaging on the products?

Yes. Custom branding is included from the first order and covers logo application, colorway matching, hang tags and retail-ready packaging.

Which certifications do you provide?

Products are backed by CE and SGS certification. Compliance documentation, including material test reports, is available on request before you place an order.

Do you ship door-to-door, and who pays for sample shipping?

We ship internationally with door-to-door (DDP) delivery available. Sample orders carry no minimum quantity; the buyer covers sample shipping, and courier details are shared before dispatch.

Can I start with a small trial order and scale later?

Yes — this is the model most of our buyers use. A typical path is a 50–100 unit pilot per SKU, evaluation of quality and lead-time accuracy, then scaling to 300–500 units per confirmed SKU within about 90 days.

How quickly will I get a reply?
